How do sales work with sls?

Shining Light Solutions operates without holding inventory by outsourcing product fulfillment to trusted external vendors, allowing us to minimize upfront costs and continue offering our services efficiently even without current funding. Once enough capital is gained, we intend to establish our own in-house inventory to improve control, quality, and delivery speed. Currently, Shining Light Solutions provides access to our public safety products through a shared Google Drive link. If a customer is interested in an item, they can simply contact us with the product details and their information to receive an invoice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work toward future growth, which we hope will soon allow us to stock and manage our own inventory in-house

How does the installation or repairs work with sls?

Shining Light Solutions provides professional installation and repair of emergency vehicle products and accessories. As a solo business owner, scheduling is flexible and will be discussed during the consultation phase. While we are based in Cleveland, TN and primarily serve the immediate surrounding area, we do travel up to 100 miles for service—additional mileage fees will apply.

What is the long term intentions of sls?

Shining Light Solutions was started on a whim of faith and a strong desire to meet the growing need for public safety equipment in our local community. Were hoping to become a medium to large-scale business with onsite product warehousing, a dedicated showroom, and a fully functioning service department for installations and repairs. With God’s blessing and many prayers, we’re excited to see where this journey leads.

is your warning systems programmable?

Most of the warning products we source from our vendors—including lighting, controllers, and sirens—are fully programmable, and Shining Light Solutions has the skills, software, and expertise to configure them to your specific needs. However, not all products offer programmability. If you have questions about a particular item, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help

how long are the shipping times for most items?

Shining Light Solutions partners with trusted vendors to supply products directly to our customers. Shipping and delivery times are often dependent on each vendor’s individual processing and transit schedules, which can vary by product. On average, products arrive within a couple of weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. We take pride in personally hand-delivering orders to our local customers whenever possible, ensuring a professional and friendly face-to-face experience

Where is your store located?

Shining Light Solutions, located in Cleveland, TN, does not currently operate a physical storefront or warehouse; we function primarily as an e-commerce and mobile installation and repair business. For jobs that cannot be completed on-site, customer vehicles are brought to the business owner’s personal residence, where the work is professionally performed. While we plan to expand into a dedicated facility as finances allow, our current setup does not compromise the quality of our service—we remain committed to delivering reliable, professional results every time.
